Replace placeholders
Ashad or Ella can replace VA 1–4, Cleaner 1–5, and Contractor 1–5 with real names and unique invitations when the production database is connected.

Connect approved services
Open Integrations and connect Hostaway first, then PriceLabs, Breezeway, Teams, and WhatsApp. Never enter Airbnb credentials into an unofficial integration.

- Confirm all property names and account labels
- Define escalation contacts and quiet hours

- Obtain official API credentials for each integration
- Replace faux login with production authentication
What this MVP does today
It provides a faux review login, responsive operations dashboard, unified calendar concept, task queue, maintenance routing, ratings insights, role directory, and integration readiness. Production authentication, live reservations, messages, invitations, uploads, and external dispatch require the production database and approved service credentials.
